On some issues in life the Bible appears to be almost silent. Issues such as sunscreen, or what to plant in your garden, don't get much of a run. But this cannot be said about the Bible and money. The Bible has so much to say, and so much of that is concentrated in the book of Proverbs.
For the next 2 Sundays we are going to be exploring Proverbs' teaching on issues of money, wealth and poverty and wisdom; this Sunday focusing on the issues of how and why we might earn money and how that fits into a life of following Jesus.
